Accessibility Statement

Last updated: June 4, 2026

Yuma Supreme Auto Sales is committed to providing people with disabilities meaningful access to the SafeSource website, vehicle information, request forms, and dealership services. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we welcome feedback when a customer encounters a barrier.

Our accessibility goal

We aim to design and maintain the website in general alignment with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (“WCAG”) 2.2, Level AA, where reasonably applicable. This statement describes our current efforts and should not be interpreted as a representation that every page, third-party service, or document has been independently certified as fully conformant.

Accessibility features currently provided

  • A skip link for keyboard and screen-reader users.
  • Keyboard-visible focus indicators.
  • Semantic headings, landmarks, labels, and descriptive alternative text.
  • Field-specific form errors using visible text and programmatic relationships such as aria-invalid and aria-describedby.
  • A keyboard-focusable error summary that links users to fields requiring correction.
  • High-contrast and larger-text display options.
  • Support for browser and operating-system reduced-motion preferences.
  • Responsive layouts intended to remain usable on mobile devices and at increased text size or zoom.
  • Buttons and controls designed with visible focus states and usable target sizes.
  • Privacy and accessibility links available from the website footer.

Known limitations and ongoing work

We continue to test and improve the website. Areas that may require additional review include newly added inventory content, images supplied through dealership systems, downloadable PDF documents, third-party websites, embedded services, browser-specific behavior, and changes made after an accessibility test.

Our ongoing work includes:

  • Keyboard-only testing of all major customer and admin workflows.
  • Screen-reader testing of navigation, forms, validation, inventory filters, and private SafeSource pages.
  • Color-contrast and high-contrast-mode review when visual components change.
  • Testing at 200% and 400% zoom and with enlarged browser text.
  • Adding useful alternative text or accessible placeholders for inventory photos.
  • Reviewing downloadable forms and documents for readable order, headings, labels, and signature fields.
  • Monitoring third-party tools and services for accessibility barriers.

Alternative ways to access services

If a customer cannot use a website feature, Yuma Supreme will provide reasonable assistance through another available method. Customers may call, email, or visit the dealership to ask about inventory, submit a SafeSource Request, receive vehicle information, ask questions, or obtain documents in another reasonable format.

Third-party content

Some links, documents, lender services, maps, email services, or other third-party tools may be controlled by organizations other than Yuma Supreme. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party content, but we welcome reports of barriers and will try to provide an accessible alternative when reasonably possible.

Report an accessibility barrier

Please tell us if you have difficulty using any part of the website or need information in another format. When contacting us, include the page or feature involved, what you were trying to do, the browser or assistive technology used if known, and the best way to reach you.

Response process

We will review accessibility reports in good faith, acknowledge them when contact information is provided, and work to identify a reasonable correction or alternative. The time needed may depend on the issue, technology involved, and whether a third party controls the affected content.
