Advertised prices
The price displayed for a vehicle is Yuma Supreme Auto Sales’ advertised selling price as supplied through its dealership-management and inventory system. The displayed price is intended to include all required dealer-imposed charges applicable to that vehicle, including the dealer documentation fee. Government-imposed taxes, title, registration, vehicle license tax, and other government charges are excluded and may be collected as part of the final transaction.
Optional products and services
Optional accessories, service contracts, protection products, and similar optional products may be offered at additional cost. They are voluntary and are not required to purchase or finance a vehicle. Any optional product selected by the customer may increase the final amount due.
Availability and vehicle information
Inventory can change quickly. A vehicle may be sold, pending, transferred, or otherwise unavailable after it appears online. Mileage, equipment, trim, color, condition, photographs, descriptions, stock information, and pricing should be confirmed with the dealership before travel or purchase. Data-feed, typographical, or transmission errors may occur and will be corrected when identified.
Financing and payment estimates
Financing is subject to application, lender approval, and final contract terms. Any payment estimate is an illustration only and is not an offer, approval, or guarantee of credit, rate, term, down payment, monthly payment, or vehicle availability.
Trade-ins
Any trade-in estimate is preliminary and subject to an in-person inspection, verification of ownership, condition, mileage, history, payoff information, and final dealership appraisal.
Warranties and vehicle condition
The warranty or “as is” status of a used vehicle is governed by the FTC Buyers Guide displayed on the vehicle and the final written sales documents. Website descriptions, inspection summaries, or promotional statements do not replace those documents.
Photos and third-party information
Vehicle photographs are intended to represent the listed vehicle when available. Some images, equipment details, or specifications may be supplied by DeskManager or another third-party data source. Customers should verify the actual vehicle, options, and condition before purchase.
